То есть я правильно понимаю: из разных ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫХ органов разные СОТРУДНИКИ этих ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫХ ОРГАНОВ сливают ПРЕСТУПНИКАМ данные граждан РФ, а виноват во всём Телеграм?
