➡️ Подробнее 🟩🟩🟩🟩 ❤️ Summarising results of Run 1 at NICA Complex During the run, VBLHEP JINR specialists brought the accelerator complex's cryogenic system up to design capacity and ensured stable circulation of counter-rotating xenon beams in the collider's rings. 📊 As part of the second physics cycle of the BM@N Experiment, scientists recorded 2.75 billion events – five times more than in the previous run in 2023. Applied studies were conducted at the SIMBO and ISCRA Stations as well, the scope including radiation biology, medicine, materials science, and microelectronics. The next beam run is scheduled for autumn 2026. Its main goal is for NICA to deliver first collisions. ➡️ More details #nica

____ JINR Neutrino Programme: ghost particle and large-scale experiments In honour of the 70th JINR anniversary, the weekly Dubna: Science, Cooperation, Progress newspaper published an article by Deputy Director of the Laboratory of Nuclear Problems Dmitry Naumov on the history of a neutrino, the development of neutrino physics, and the participation of JINR physicists in major international neutrino and accelerator experiments: Baikal-GVD, NOvA, T2K, JUNO, DANSS, GERDA, and LEGEND. "It is particularly important that neutrino physics is still one of the fastest developing fields of modern science. In the coming years, new large-scale experiments are expected that will allow scientists to determine the hierarchy of neutrino masses, study neutrinos from supernovae, and possibly discover new particles and interactions", head of the JINR Neutrino Programme Dmitry Naumov noted. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 ➖➖➖➖ 🚴‍♂️ Yesterday, on the Day of the Institute's foundation, the JINR Spartakiad finalists were awarded in several key disciplines: football, volleyball, kettlebell lifting, rifle shooting, and cross-country skiing. We congratulate the winners and wish them new achievements! 🏆 The award ceremony took place in the renovated JINR Sports Club. The repairs began last April and included upgrades of the utility systems, plumbing, electrical, and ventilation systems, along with the redesign of rooms. The second floor, where team sports are played, was already open in November. On the first floor, the hall, gyms, weightlifting and kettlebell lifting rooms, showers, locker rooms, sauna, and stairwells were renovated. Once the rooms are equipped, the first floor of the Sports Club will open to visitors, and JINR employees will be offered preferential terms. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Это история о дружбе, взаимопонимании и силе единства ❤️ ➡️ Посмотреть видео можно по ссылке 🟩🟩🟩🟩 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 For the Institute's 70th anniversary, we created something truly special. We united hearts, cultures, and voices in a single project – an international, sincere, and deeply personal one. JINR employees and their families from 20 different countries joined this unique musical event. Together, they performed the legendary song, Moscow Nights, in a new arrangement, preserving its soul and adding a modern twist. This song was chosen since JINR is located in Dubna, Moscow Region, where ideas are born that bring nations together. This is more than just a song. It's a story about friendship, mutual understanding, and the power of unity ❤️ ➡️ The video is available via the link
