I find this clip very odd... a popular Jewish Rabbi claiming that the majority of the psychopaths of recorded history were Jews.... The leading psychiatrist of Psychopathy in the last several decades was Dr. Robert Hare. In 2011, he compiled a documentary about how most visible world leaders were probably psychopaths. He also discussed how the advent of SSRI class drugs were creating a society of narcissists and sociopaths, because they cut people off from their empathy, sadness, and mute their feelings in general. His documentary and correlating Book "Snakes In Suits" were both heavily censored, and his career seemingly disappeared soon after. His popular quote in 2010 has now vanished from the internet that essentially went like this "Serial killers are psychopaths who destroy families and small towns, while world leaders can be psychopaths who destroy entire countries and continents." He was the inventor of the Psychopathy Checklist used in courtrooms around the world. He also said that Psychopathy was the ONLY diagnosis in the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) that was NOT a soft science diagnosis... which means it is the only diagnosis that is backed by data and scientific evidence and not by "expert" opinion. He said that you can prove someone is a psychopath.... their brains work differently.... and that the disorder was a dominant genetic trait like brown eyes. So the majority of offspring of a psychopath will also be a psychopath... they know the difference in their children, and often will abuse, or even get rid of offspring who have traits of empathy.
