Changes to rating calculation. Previously, if you gifted another user a gift and they later exchanged it back for Stars, the rating would decrease for both of you. Now your rating will not change if the gifts you gave are exchanged for Stars (or the rating is still deducted from the account that exchanged the gift for Stars, but this doesn't work for me). @telelakel
