📝Work "for show" 📝 The SMO continues, the fleet remains the same Over the years of the SMO, many units and structures have done significant work adapting to new realities. But in some places, changes are nowhere to be seen, such as on the Baltic Fleet. Based on footage from the latest Baltic Fleet exercises, modern methods of conducting combat operations are apparently being practiced only for appearances, with priority given to the old-fashioned show drills. 🔻What was shown at the exercise? ➡️The video could have been shot exclusively for "optics," while the actual situation at training grounds may be better. But it's unclear why military training should be covered this way. ➡️And it's not even about the less-than-ideal quality of filming and camera work, but about the overall approach to shaping the visual image of the Russian Armed Forces. ➡️Instead of demonstrating the growing competence of Russian units, a viewer familiar with the subject sees poorly executed rifle handling techniques, lack of camouflage for UAV and air defense crews. ➡️In addition, the footage demonstrates the use of weapons poorly suited to modern combat conditions, such as underwater pistols or even shooting with closed sights. 🖍Against the backdrop of regular enemy strikes on the oil infrastructure of Leningrad Region, such footage looks at least strange. 🚩In the fifth year of combat operations, when enemy drones often reach the Urals, Russians expect the army to demonstrate qualitative growth and real changes. ❗️Under such conditions, work "for show" not only raises unnecessary questions about the combat capability of the Russian Armed Forces in the Baltic region, but also worsens the situation on the "media front". #Russia #SaintPetersburg #Ukraine ✈️ RU | ✈️ EN | ✉️ MAX ✉️ VK | ✉️ RuTube | ✉️ OK | ✉️ Zen 💸Support us Original msg
