In fact, you’re starting to have trouble putting your mind to anything. Your fingers slip and you have trouble holding things. Nothing you do eases your anxiety. The sun goes down. Your head starts racing. Someone’s looking at you through the windows. Something’s peering through the blinds. You’re hearing voices. You’re seeing eyes in trees. You don’t sleep.
