❤️ В ОИЯИ увековечили память академика Балдина 20 февраля в Лаборатории физики высоких энергий ОИЯИ состоялось открытие памятника академику Александру Михайловичу Балдину. Монумент появился в знаковый момент — в год столетия со дня рождения учёного, который стоял у истоков ЛФВЭ и на протяжении десятилетий определял научный облик лаборатории. Церемония завершила работу 139-й сессии Учёного совета ОИЯИ. В ней приняли участие члены совета, руководство института, коллеги и ученики Александра Михайловича — те, кто продолжает сегодня развивать фундаментальную науку. 💜 Выразительный художественный облик памятника воплотили в жизнь архитектор Семен Агроскин, а также скульпторы Елена Мунц и Галина Шилина. 🟦🟦🟦🟦 ❤️ JINR сommemorates Academician Baldin On 20 February, a monument to Academician Alexander Mikhailovich Baldin was unveiled at the Laboratory of High Energy Physics at JINR. The monument was unveiled at a significant moment – the centenary of the birth of the scientist who stood at the origins of VBLHEP and shaped the laboratory's scientific outlook for decades. The ceremony concluded the 139th session of the JINR Scientific Council. The unveiling was attended by members of the Council, the Institute's management, and Alexander Baldin's colleagues and students – those who continue to advance fundamental science. 💜 Credit for the monument's expressive artistic design goes to architect Semyon Agroskin, as well as sculptors Elena Munts and Galina Shilina.
