Один из центральных образов серии «Технические достижения России» — флагманский проект Института Baikal-GVD. «Все представленные на марках достижения науки и техники созданы благодаря широкой кооперации десятков и сотен организаций по всей стране. Это событие стало большим подарком для российского научного сообщества» — отметил директор ОИЯИ академик РАН Григорий Трубников. Марки уже вступили в обращение и доступны в отделениях почтовой связи России. One of the central motifs of the Technical Achievements of Russia series is the Institute's flagship project, Baikal-GVD. "All the achievements of science and technology presented on the stamps were created thanks to the extensive cooperation of dozens and hundreds of organizations across the country. This event is a great gift for the Russian scientific community", JINR Director, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Grigory Trubnikov noted.
