🕹️ Technical maintenance Over the past few weeks, many of you have noticed that some of the data in the app looked... strange, to say the least. Thank you for your patience while we dug to the bottom of this. Here is a complete and honest update: ➡️ What happened The first reports of missing data began to come in on November 5–6. During our investigation, we found the root cause — a database failure on approximately October 23. At the same time, several background services “quietly crashed,” causing the data to be displayed incorrectly. ➡️ What was broken The system failure affected: • GAMED Points • GIGI Index • Referrals and friends • Task progress • Key balance • Platform connection • Purchases on certain screens 🔩 What has already been fixed As of November 19, the following have been fully restored and are working stably: • GIGI Index • Platform connections • Purchases We are currently validating and restoring critical data. ➡️ Full recovery plan We have a stable backup from October 3, which we will use to perform a full recovery. No data will be lost. Next steps: 🟠Restoring balances based on the October 3 snapshot 🟠Accruing all keys and subscriptions based on transaction logs (purchased after October 3) 🟠Accruing compensation for the period of unavailability or incorrect operation of services 🟠Multi-level data verification and correction of errors that led to infrastructure damage 📌 Compensations All affected users will be credited with GAMED-points to compensate for what could have been farmed during the days when the application was malfunctioning. We are finalizing the formula and will reveal the exact figures next week. Plus, we are preparing a couple more pleasant surprises from the devs as a sincere “sorry for letting you down.” ➡️ Our commitment This transition is part of a major move from MVP architecture to a powerful high-scale platform. While we were laying the foundation for the future, we really failed to communicate properly. This is entirely our fault, and we will fix it. More transparency, faster news, no more “silence on the air.” Thank you for your patience, support, and for being with us.
